STAR Rush, through its GOALS program (Granting Opportunities for Achievement in Life through Soccer), provides financial aid to those individuals who can demonstrate need. GOALS is designed to assist STAR Rush players and their families who may be denied the opportunity to grow and develop in the sport of soccer because of financial limitations.

All applicants requesting financial assistance complete a confidential disclosure form which enables the GOALS committee to assess the relative need of all applicants.

Awards are made directly to the player's online account.  Total amount awarded is limited by the club's budget and ongoing success in fund-raising efforts.  Eligibility is limited to STAR Rush players, up to the 19U age group.  Maximum scholarship award will not exceed the amount of the annual club fee.  The team fee is a separate fee and is not covered by GOALS scholarships.

Application deadline for the Fall Season is on July 31st each summer for the fall season.
Application deadline for the Spring season is on January 31st each winter for the spring season.
